Susan G. Komen Fundraiser- Final

Howdy Cowboys and Cowgirls,

I’m sure y’all are wondering if we were able to reach our $5,000 goal for our Susan G. Komen Foundation Fundraiser- so here’s your final update!  It took a little extra push at the end but…… We finally reached our goal! Thanks to everyone out there who helped us raise those funds. Our donation will help the Susan G. Komen foundation to “provide hope and support to thousands of uninsured women and will bring us one step closer to finding the cures.” We would also like to send a shout out to all of the Breast Cancer Survivors out there- and those in the middle of their battle with Breast Cancer. Stay strong!

Susan G. Komen Fundraiser- Week 4

Howdy Wild Bill’s Soda Fans,
 
We are winding down our Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation fundraiser and have almost reached our goal of $5,000. Let’s take a quick look at how our teams did this past week. Michael & his team are still going strong as they sell at the Louisiana State Fair and is in first with the total sales for this past week. Nathan, Jimmy and their team came in second, selling out of all of their mugs at their event this past weekend. In third is Scott and his team, selling out of all of his mugs this past weekend. In fourth is John and his team as they await the start of the Urbanna Oyster Festival this coming weekend where they are hoping to completely sell out. In fifth place we have Rich, Kelly, and their team as well as Randy and his team who are completely sold out of their mugs. We will have one final push this weekend and we are hoping to completely sell out and reach our goal of $5,000. Let’s go teams!

Howdy Cowboys and Cowgirls,
 
Did you know that based on current breast cancer incidence rates, 12.4% or 1 in every 8 women born today will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some time during her life? This is why Wild Bill’s Soda has chosen to give back to the Susan G. Komen Foundation this October. We are now into our third week of our Susan G. Komen Foundation Fundraiser and we are well on our way to reaching our $5,000 goal!
 
This past week we had a pretty tough competition. Scott & his team came out on top with most amount of funds raised this past week with a great showing at his events- he is almost completely out of stock! Our partner Michael & his team had an awesome showing at his week-long event and are also expecting to sell out by the end of their events, putting them in second. Rich, Kelly and their team are still holding strong selling like crazy in third place. John and his team takes 4th selling a good amount at their event this past weekend and Randy and his team are in 5th also selling at a bunch of events. Nathan and Jimmy come in number 6 as they wait for their next event to sell their mugs at. We are still going strong and only have one week left to reach our goal, do you think we can do it? We definitely hope so! Join us again next week for a final update on our fundraiser.

Susan G. Komen Fundraiser- Weeks 1 & 2

Howdy Guys,
 
As most of y’all know by now, the month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and this year Wild Bill’s Soda decided to give back to the cause. We created pink barrel mugs embossed with the Susan G Komen Foundation logo and part of the proceeds of each pink barrel mug sold will be donated back to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure® Foundation. We have our partners all over the country helping us out with our efforts. Our teams include: Michael & his team in California, John & his team in Virginia, Nathan, Jimmy & their team in North Carolina, Scott & his team in Ohio, Rich, Kelly & their team in Texas, and Randy & his team in New Jersey/New York/ Pennsylvania.
 
So far this month, Rich, Kelly and their team are in the lead with total funds raised and they have sold over half of their inventory! Randy and his team are a close second and sold out of the mugs at all of the events they brought the mugs to. Nathan, Jimmy and their team are rounding out the top 3 after a weeklong event in the south with TONS of interest in the mugs! Scott and his team filled the number 4 spot- selling their SGK mugs at 2 short events the past two weekends but are in the midst of a weeklong event- will they gain on the others? Michael and his team come in 5th as they are also in the middle of a weeklong event and have another coming up next week. John and his team are 6th as they wait for their events to start this weekend where they will have the Komen mugs for sale. Great job done by all so far! Stay tuned for an update each week.

The project was to generate a brand identity for Wild Bill’s Old Fashioned Soda Pop. Yasmin Marquez came up with the idea as she “[...] decided on creating a picnic pack that included a blanket, playing cards and checkers, that accompanied the soda pop bottles and crate. This picnic pack is perfect for an old fashioned date at the park.”

Event promoters from across the northeast have contacted us in regards to a group of individuals masquerading as Wild Bill's Soda but using email addresses registered to 'wildbillssodany.com'. Promoters have been instructed to visit the Wild Bill's website but to contact said individuals through provided email addresses with the wildbillssodany.com address versus the contact page on the website. In no way are these individuals authorized to use the Wild Bill's name and legal action is being taken.

At Wild Bill's our goal is to deliver a high-quality product and a one of a kind experience. People impersonating Wild Bill's are not committed to this goal and will be serving a lesser quality product with the intent of capitalizing off of Wild Bill's reputation for quality.
